To help us achieve this we have developed a comprehensive and systematic approach to health and safety whilst still maintaining a focus on cost and value for our customers. On all our projects, each individual process is detailed in a site specific safe system of work.
We then communicate this to our operatives through a system of site specific method statements, risk assessments and regular toolbox talks.
We are committed to working incident and injury free and that’s why all information and procedures are detailed during the induction and must be adhered to by all our operatives throughout all stages of each project.
The Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) was set up to assist the construction industry in improving standards and reducing accidents. CSCS cards are increasingly demanded as proof of competence by our customers. At least 90% of our workforce at Gridpart Interiors holds a CSCS card.
